Premium high-gluten, Bromate free flour produced by Shepherd's Grain, based in Portland with farms in Canada and the Western US. A cooperative known for its sustainably and regeneratively grown regional wheat.
Grande all natural Cheeses. Creating artisan Italian cheese in Brownsville, Wisconsin, since 1937.
